PROJECT: Global Analytics

Client - Roche

Objective - Launch Roche’s first Global Analytics Dashboard. This Just-In-Time, single source of website data has interactivity options that allow users to see website performance data at both the individual affiliate site and a global rollup levels. The new Global Analytics Dashboard eliminates the need to access and learn individual analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. We have created four main data views:

  • An Analytics overview with Acquisition, Engagement, and Transactions & Conversions and metrics such as sessions, users and %new visitors along with the period-over-period percentage change.

  • An Engagement overview with bounces, page views, time-on-site, and total events.

  • A Conversion overview with transactions & conversions, conversion breakdown per channel type or by search engine source, and more.

  • A Goal Breakdown that looks at your site specific goals or events, transactions, and conversions.

You will also be able to see what search queries (or keywords) are driving the most organic volume as well as the Top Performing Pages.
